We kindly request that registration fees for conference participants and accompanying persons be paid separately.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations of attendance and bookings must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariate.
  • A full refund, minus a cancellation fee of € 50 will be made on registration cancellations received before 31 May 2026.
  • A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made on registration cancellations received between 1 June and 20 July 2026.
  • No refund of registration fees will be made for registration cancellations made after 20 July 2026.
  • Accommodation at Royal Phuket City Hotel will be refunded as of hotel regulation.
  • All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
